Giggles Learning Center

This has to be one the worst daycare experiences over the past 2 years my family been with them. Our child was left at school for over a hour past pickup time. When informed the day of and months prior the pick up times and place. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability their trying to gaslight like the information told them was wrong and the person telling them was mistaken and not knowing when they are talking about even though WE signed him up for school not them! On top of multiple times he was sent out in the cold with no pants on just a pull up claiming “he didn’t have clothes“ but we send 1/2 pairs of clothes in his backpack everyday. Instead of looking in his belongings sent with him REQUESTED by them. Multiple times he was sent with other children clothes on when we put his name on everything sent with him. Very unprofessional and we will be filing a formal complaint with the state because how they handle their mistakes is unacceptable especially when people kids are in your hands.

They are awesome with our grandchildren, They love attending daycare. I've seen them treat the other children they were their own

Sadly, I have had the worst experience with the individuals at this facility. I am almost in tears from how rudely I have been treated not only by the owner but also by the staff. Everyone that knows me knows I am very humble and understanding. I try to get to the root of any issue and see how I can have a great relationship with everyone that crosses my path. Within the first week of my child attending he told me that his teacher hit him with a pen and put him in time out. I took my son back the next few mornings and he was horrified and did not want to stay. I took him to the car to talk to him a console him and one of the staff members came out and said “ the pastor (owner) said if he is going to act like that, you gotta take him with you” imagine me as a mother trying to figure this out and someone that is supposed to care for my child pushes me away, as if him being upset did not matter. I addressed the staff member hitting my child with the owner and she basically said my child was lying but could not show me the camera footage. We moved him to a different class and from day one the other staff members greeted me with HATE in their eyes. I knew then I should run and never look back. There is so much I can say on this review but the main thing is sometimes we look for what we feel like is a safe space and we end up in the hands of the devil. I chose this daycare because I wanted my child to be in a structured environment I stand firm on the fact now that everything that glitters isn’t always gold. This facility is far from structure, the parents cannot talk to the teacher nor can they see inside the facility to drop or pick up the children. If you are considering giggles please consider this review. I never want anyone to be treated the way I have.

I contacted this facility to inquire about availabilities. The person I talked to first was pleasant. However, the person she transferred me to was rude and unprofessional. She told me I was asking too many questions. When someone is inquiring about your facility taking care of their child, expect questions. The owner also wasn’t too thrilled about me letting the person that recommended her facility know about my experience.
