Anyone who gives this daycare more Then the minimum one star must be Personal friends or family of the daycare. I hate I didn’t post this review at the time the incident happened, but my grandson was at this daycare mid to late 2021. he was not talking and was just about To start a potty training. when His mom and myself begin noticing a change in his behavior. He would have total meltdowns when we tried to change his diaper. he clinched so tight to his pants to avoid us pulling them down. We were totally confused as why he had suddenly started doing this. He also had started flinching when we approached him If we were about to stop him from doing something dangerous or making a mess or whatever ad if he thought he was about to get popped or spanked, both of which we didn’t do. for a while, we made an excuse for the clenching of his pants. We figured they are potty training so Maybe he just doesn’t want to sit on the potty which is normal, But why is he flinching? We finally put two and two together. He gets popped at the daycare if he has an accident or doesn’t go in the potty. he has associated going to the potty as a painful experience. Of course,we pulled him out immediately. but before this incident we had we had a meeting with the owner expressing concerns about two of the teachers for rudeness and “non discreetly “ announcing favoritism among the children. I wish we could reply to other people’s reviews because I would have to agree with the reviewer that warns to NOT put your nonverbal child in this daycare (It seems that’s who they prey on) and for children that can speak parents, please practice with your children, how to communicate with you inappropriate behaviors or their feelings about adults they are around. If you read more reviews, you’ll find the person Who’s child SAID themselves “the teacher popped my butt”. I think we use the fact that they are vegan daycare as a selling point, but the reviewers are correct if you have a picky eater or they just do not eat the vegan diet that they would just starve all day as you cannot bring in outside food? My grandson was a picky eater they said we could bring other options that he was familiar with as long as it was vegan, but they still Never offered it to him It would always come back home. and now I do remember us complaining about how HANGRY he would be when we picked him up. at the time they had no cameras in the classrooms at didn’t allow parents In the rooms And no daily sheets About your child’s day, only rushed and Vague Details at pick up. We ordered from Amazon a daily report booklet for childcare, which only one teacher Respected our feelings enough to use, but if she wasn’t there, the booklet was just ignored or written in a way that clearly expressed their anger for writing it out (again rushed and vague)

Genesis took care of my child years ago when she was young. I always felt calm, love, and a sense of security when I was there. I appreciate the care they take w/ the food and activities. Such a wonderful place!!

The experience that my child gets at genesis is like no other. They eat "home made" vegan breakfast and lunch. Excellent teaching staff and learning environment.

They say it takes a village to raise a child and Genesis has been a huge part of that village for my family! My 4 year old son has been going to Genesis school since he was between 3-6 months old and I never once wanted to take him out; I will commute just to keep him enrolled because they’re doing an awesome job. He’s advanced in his learning ability and I love that they don’t hesitate to challenge, advance, and be thorough with the children. Every other parent I know says that once their children enter Kindergarten, they’re already ahead of the class. I was pleasantly surprised to hear him speaking Hebrew and knowing how to sign letters using ASL! I just had twins and had to put them in daycare at 6 weeks and I felt comfort knowing the care they have given my oldest. My babies come home content. All of the teachers and parents are very pleasant and the children are sweet and intelligent. Don’t hesitate to send your children here!

My kids have been going to Genesis for several years now. I'm very happy with this daycare. The staff offer a caring and homely approach to looking after my babies. My babies' teachers are enthusiastic, compassionate, creative, and have strong communication skills. I can tell Genesis and the director love kids because she's/they show passion,kindness, and love towards the kids. Also my babies look and act genuinely happy to go to Genesis
