Generations Of Learning North

This place is awful. The setting is great, the animals are friendly, and on the surface it's amazing. The problem is the teachers. They're negligent, they don't care, they have an active investigation going on right now. They treat "troublesome" kids as an inconvenience. If you can't handle taking care of kids, don't be a teacher. Lindsey is on her phone and is extremely rude, she treats the caregivers as if they're stupid. More so, they simply don't care about the kids. I understand dealing with kids is hard, but if you can't handle it then don't be a teacher. It 's that simple. This place had so much potential just to be thrown down the drain. Please take better care of your kids, please inform us when kids get hurt, and parents? Please listen to your kids- even if they sound "crazy".

So my son has been attending this daycare since he was an infant. He is now 2 years old & this day care has treated him so unfairly. They would call almost every week for him to get picked up for acting like a typical 2 year old. He was supposably, “too aggressive & threw too many tantrums.” What’s the point in your day care then? He was a danger to society apparently. Plus the front desk NEVER called me or DAD first, they would lie about calling me first & would call other family members instead. I “adjusted my paperwork & contact info” like three different times cause supposedly they had mixed up numbers. The OWNER even reached out to other people on my list First before ME & DAD. I had to find out through another family member that my son has to be picked up. They were about to kick out MY 2 YEAR OLD FOR LITERALLY BEING A TODDLER. They couldn’t “handle him.” Apparently. I felt they were singling him out & picking on him , finding any reason to get rid of him. I put in my two weeks with these people & didn’t even bother to leave him for the last week because I don’t trust them. What a disappointment in the owner & staff. Way to judge a literal baby. I don’t recommend this to day care to any one

Door are left unlocked for all kids classes. And the entrance to get in is wide open, I wouldnt trust your kids here. It's very scary to be able to walk into a room full of kids sleeping without any type of security to go through... Edit: wanted to add I am just typical delivery driver, and you do not have to go through a background check to be a driver, just no bad driving record and you're good to go, so ANYONE could be able to walk into these kids rooms left unlocked. Mind you I was able to walk into the office and 3 class rooms with lights off and kid sleeping... very terrifying..

my kid went here for some time, the owner and front desk lady had no respect for me, just because I am a young mother, they waited 8 months to tell me I had a bill out of all time he was there they never told me about it until 8 months later.

Great place. Both of my daughters have attended Generations of Learning. They go above and beyond with academic skills, fun activities, and programs. I feel like they have been a blessing to our family.
