We love Generation Next! We have been bringing our kids there for nearly 3 years now. From Paula and Kristy, the fearless leaders, to all of the teachers. We feel so blessed to be a part of the Gen Next fam! It is a blessing to have found a place where we feel assured our children’s needs are being met, they are safe and being provided with an excellent foundation to prepare them for school. Look no further for your daycare needs!
GN Urbandale is amazing! You will not find a staff more dedicated to the care and growth of your children. They were incredibly accommodating for me when I asked to nurse my daughter during the day (I worked across the street) and truly feel like family. Paula and Kristy, the directors, have been at this location for years and many staff are also long-time team members. It’s hard these days to find a place that retains staff for not just years, but decades.
Our kids have been at the Urbandale center for the past 8+ years, 3 kids in total. We have had zero issues with this facility. Paula and Kristy are excellent to work with and several the staff has been extremely consistent over the past 8 years. Don't let the 2 one star reviews prevent you from touring and seeing this facility for yourself. On our tour Paula walked us through the entire facility and had an answer for every question we asked and some we didn't know to ask as new parents. No regrets choosing to send our kids here.
Those reading Jan & Sharon's posts beware: They repeated these posts for all locations rather than post on the single location they use. It's spam in it's purest sense. Great place to send your child. My child has seen her language and speech develop very quickly since starting there and the staff has been nothing short of great. She has developed in fine motor and listening skills much faster than she had at her previous 2 day care centers.
We attended GenNext Urbandale for 2 years until a daycare opened 3 blocks from our house. We moved our kids and it was the worst decision! We are finally getting them back into GenNext and we couldn’t be more excited. A shorter commute doesn’t matter when it comes to your kids.
