Gbt Children'S Academy

Our son had never been trusted with anyone except family for his first 2 years of life, until I received a new job, and we had to make a difficult decision of where we would take him. We took a tour of GBT, and had an excellent feeling about it. Our son has been there for a year and a half, and we have not regretted that decision even once. I drop him off with a smile on his face, and when I pick him up he’s excited to tell me all about the artwork he made, and things he learned that day. We have great communication with his teacher, and feel she genuinely cares about our son and the other children. Taking our child somewhere we trust is invaluable as parents, and we have that with GBT Children’s Academy. We want to thank the teachers, staff, director and assistant director for that security.

My children attended this daycare and it was constant miscommunication and irrational behavior from the director, Rhonda Taylor. I would not send my children to this facility. At first I wondered why teachers and parents never stayed and left on bad terms or with out notice. This is because the director Rhonda is very deceitful, lies, disrespectful, and conducts very unethical business practices. Read the glassdoor reviews about the teachers who worked here. The director has been witnessed acting volatile in front of my children and other children while parents aren't present. I had to terminate care from this facility after the director requested that I pick up my children in the middle of my work shift. When I picked my children up she was extremely disrespectful, refused to give my children's belongings and called security on us when she was the one acting irate. The director has refused and failed to provide documentation for my payments. This director is very unorganized and fails to keep accurate and open communication with the clients. I would not trust this care of services if you need something stable for your kids because she has caused a lot of miscommunication since my children attended and has not been able to accommodate the hours advertised on their website. The director's lies and behavior was so bad I had to record her conversations via phone and record her behavior in front of the children and it's staff. I had to give one star however the one star is for the teachers that puts up with the verbal abuse and manipulation tactics.
