Very disappointing experience with Gateway Youth Outreach. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know what they’re walking into. The staff member Krystal was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. Instead of supporting or guiding, she made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant. If this is the way they allow their staff to treat people, it says a lot about how the place is run. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this organization to anyone until they make serious changes.
