I want to start by saying I am incredibly grateful for getaway they have changed and saved my life. However I have been a patient for a few years and have NEVER had the issues I am currently experiencing before. I am in the MAT program and also receive mental health services. I recently decided to switch to the brixadi injection so I don't have to worry with taking medication everyday. I asked to start receiving the injection in SEPTEMEBER and have yet to receive it. I have tried calling Gateway to have them resolve the issue with the pharmacy several times and I can never get through to anyone and when I do I am dismissed. I have been sober a couple years now and would like to progress in my sobriety but I feel gateway is standing in my way. I used to enjoy going to appointments but lately I feel like I am a nuisance rather than a patient. I want to continue my journey with gateway but not at the expense of my mental health.

I am so grateful for Gateway, and the amazing staff there. From the staff at detox, to residential llrehab, down to the front desk & providers for out-patient, they are all an amazing part of my recovery. I started my journey almost 5 years ago at Gateway detox and if it wasn't for programs like what Gateway offers, I wouldn't be here today to speak about it. I will forever be grateful for what this facility has done for me, and taught me. I credit a lot of my sobriety to Gateway, for teaching me the skills I needed to lead and maintain a healthy, sober, productive lifestyle and how to love myself. One day at a time, sometimes one hour, one minute, one second. If you are struggling with addiction and do not know where to turn, by all means call Gateway. I couldn't provide a better alternative.. Gateway is where it's at. Detox will make sure you're comfortable during detox by using a MAT treatment plan that you and the doctor have discussed in depth and determined the right plan for you. Once you're released they continuously provide you the support you need. Do yourself a favor and call today, what's holding you back ?

Yeah I took a picture while I was waiting to be one of the first four in line. I lucked out and was the third person in line. We were waiting for the employees to come in and this was the view of the sunrise as I was sitting looking at the buildings across the street. By the time the door the door opened. The four of us had created a unique bond. I was grateful for them and I could tell they were grateful for me too. The assessment took a while but I'm glad for the help offered. My journey is just beginning and this is one step in the right direction.

God saved my life and he used gateway to do it, I can't stress enough how incredible the staff and resources here are, it's detox so it's no picnic but the staff absolutely does their best to truly listen to each patient and make the process as easy as they can. Getting help is scary but if more people understood just how easy the team at gateway make it to stay on track, it takes the fear right out of it. I'm over 30 days sober, and it didn't cost me a dime. My only regret is not checking in years sooner but better later than never. We do recover, and it's thanks to people like the folks at gateway that fast track it. May God bless every soul that puts in hours at this place you're angels 🖤

This place is very out dated staff was great but facilty in deplorable condition bathroom not disinfected after every shower stain all over the couches rag that should be white are stain for a person to take a shower and feel more dirty is not right people no matter what should be treated the same I am sure Noone who works there would s hower or even try to live or seek help in those condition the smell of mildew on the clothes towel everything are unbearable again if they are seeking help it's not for them to be treated like scrubs
