My daughter and I both love this daycare. The people who work there generally care about the children and support their development. The environment is hands on and professional. What I appreciate the most, besides knowing my child is safe, is that the communication is very open.

Black owned business. The workers are friendly and nice but the owner does not know how to talk to people appropriately and is not very professional, as she refers to herself as "The Head Buck". She was offended and blew up on me when I asked on the phone to speak with her daughter because her daughter was the person who I had spoken with previously about a situation. Overall, I liked the workers but the way the owner made me feel and how she talked to me being that I am not a confrontational person, is the reason why I took my child out of the daycare. Professionalism is the key to a successful business!

I've had my daughter at Gartland for about 3 months now and I really have been impressed. She started right at a year old and they have done such a good job with her. You can really tell that the staff really cares for the children.

Bruises on kids arms, director seems to not care, lady didn't get suspended or fired. They're only job is to keep our kids safe while we work for a living. No accountability for the people keeping your CHILDREN majority of the days. Need I say more?
