A 2.5 year old child was taken into the restroom to use the bathroom. The door was never closed behind the teacher, and the child was told to sit on the toilet, by himself, and wait for her while she walked out of the restroom to get him a clean pull up. While the child in the bathroom was waiting, another parent arrived to pick up their child, and instead of helping the child who was standing in the bathroom with his pants around his ankles, half naked, she helped the parent. While this was happening, another child just walked into the bathroom to wash his hands, leaving the other child no sort of privacy; all the while the teacher was helping a parent instead of the child trying to use the bathroom. At the end of the interaction, instead of handing me the child's coat, Linette who works at the daycare, took the child's coat back to the little corner and left the coat on the floor; she also would not hand me the papers regarding the child's behavior's for the day. Her reasoning was because the father did not want to talk to her about the behaviors but instead only wanted the papers. The woman was very rude and disrespectful with no provocation.

Had an interaction with the staff and they were disgustingly rude which was very uncalled for. Not very professional or respectful. If they are willing to treat me this way, how are they treating the children and setting a good example? . I would not recommend going to this daycare.
