I arrived not feeling well. I was booked an appointment and was seen immediately. The staff is GREAT!!! I was tested for flu and covid. Unfortunately, I have the flu. The perscription was easy to get. I appreciate ALL they have done to help me feel better!!! Definately recommend!!!

Dr. Rao is exceptional in diagnosing and treating any concerns I bring to his attention. I appreciate his availability when I need to schedule an appointment. His technician is very friendly and personable during my visits. I highly recommend Dr. Rao for patient/client health care.

I see Dr. Ashley Kaatz here and she is absolutely amazing. She answers my questions and always provides information when I need it and if she's not sure about something she will look it up on the spot. I struggled with chronic back pain for 5 years and she was the first to do testing and figure out what was causing it and a solution to help alleviate it. I love seeing her and always feel welcomed by her. If I have any concerns about my health and ask about testing, she is always more than willing to order the testing. I feel as though she is right on top of my health with me and I don't ever worry about my care not being met by her. On the other hand, I did see Dr. Rao once while Dr. Kaatz wasn't in and he was incredibly rude, very short with me and I barely had a chance to explain what was going on before he'd cut me off. When he'd ask me a question I could barely say anything before he'd cut me off again. I also know that they have a list of allergies on the paper they have and also on the computer and he still prescribed me a medication I'm allergic to and when I tried to get ahold of anyone about it, I never heard anything back and ended up making an appointment to see Dr. Kaatz anyways who resolved the problem. As for the actual office, I get very frustrated as I can almost never get ahold of anyone in the front office, and when I've gone in, there are multiple people there. It can take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour to get anyone to actually pick up which drives me absolutely insane. If I feel I need to see Dr. Kaatz that day and they can get me in, I want to be able to do so instead of leaving a voicemail which could take up to 48 hours for them to call me back. With no one actually answering the phones for an hour I just get frustrated and annoyed. I've had back door appointments and you have to call them to confirm that you are there and when it takes 12 or 13 calls I start to worry that maybe they won't pick up and would consider me as a no call no show.

My appointment with Jeremy Kilburn, RN was informative. He was very thorough in helping me to understand the steps I NEED to take to become a healthier me.

A wonderful clinic! Staff is very kind, professional and on time. Dr Kaatz and Emily are kind, knowledgeable, professional and answer all questions! Never rush thru an appointment! Highly recommend AHC !!
