I’m a mother of a child who attended Miami Lakes Preschool. This used to be an amazing and caring school where parents felt welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, everything changed when they hired Jeniffer, a Venezuelan woman who completely ruined the positive atmosphere of the center.Jeniffer is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward both parents and staff. She constantly shows an unpleasant attitude and lacks basic manners when communicating with families. She even treated my son’s speech therapists poorly for no reason, which is absolutely unacceptable.Because of her negative attitude and behavior, I decided to remove my son from the daycare. It’s truly disappointing to see such a great school lose its warmth and professionalism because of one person like Jeniffer.

On my daughter’s 1st day her dad came to pick her up and they released her to him without checking ID and not knowing him. I spoke to the director who was nonchalant and careless. Although that was the biggest red flag, I kept her in the school because switching constantly isn’t good for them. She cried for months at drop off for and although that was my second red flag, I still kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and kept her there, until she finally stopped crying. eventually, I put my baby boy in the same school here at Future kids Academy with his sister. Everything was great until he turned one and had to move up to another classroom with different teachers. These teachers wouldn’t allow me to give him a cookie or cracker in the mornings at drop off to calm him down. They will tell me I’m not allowed to give him any food because they eat togethet Hello . Mind you, the kids would be crying and the teachers would be eating right in front of The kids who are one year of age. I consider that age still babies my son was visibly very unhappy at school and with his new teachers and although that was my third big flag, I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because I wanted stability for them. eventually my daughter got accepted to another School but my son was still on the waiting list. I advised the school that it would be her last week and the response to me was that the baby boy has to go too due to multiple biting incidents which at his age is completely and 100% normal in their development. The final cherry on top was they ended up taking unauthorized payment from their father’s card the Friday before her last week because they thought I wasn’t going to pay. After all of the things that went down, I decided not to let her finish the week. parents I just want to advise you to truly listen to your intuition when it comes to childcare. if your child is visibly unhappy in the pictures and is crying for months at drop off, that is not the place for them. I found a school who doesn’t even allow me to give him crackers because they have them there already for him in the mornings waiting for him. this new school sends me pictures of my babies without me having to beg for it. In this new school I actually got to meet the Director and I’m in communication with her directly.

Hands down the best childcare facility! My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost two years and I am do glad I have found a daycare that actually cares about their kids. The teachers are amazing and knowledgeable in childcare, the kids are always doing different activities and learning new things and I don't ever have to worry about my daughter as they call me if anything is wrong. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Future Kids. What initially sold me were the web cams. You can actually check in live on your child. What a peace of mind! After choosing this school, I can attest to a great staff. The school is very clean and my daughter is always happy to attend. No issues what so ever thus far. My daughter has adapted better than I could of ever imagined and always comes home with a smile :) Thumbs up to Future Kids Academy!!
