It may seem nice and well organized and it may seem secure but it is not. There is no way to know what goes on downstairs unless your child notifies you. This lack of transparency is disconcerting, therefore I do not think it is safe for my child or other children.
Their policies changed by the day. When I signed with them they agree to evening hours and I had some picking up my child so she wouldn't spend the whole day. The one time she spent 6 hr there I was hit with a 30 late fee even though I pay for full evening hours. I called the next day to have a meeting with the owner and the director only to be told what I have to say can be said over the phone. Good thing I called otherwise I would have showed up the next day not knowing my baby as been dismissed from the daycare. According to the owner and the director it was not their responsibility to let the parent know that they have been dismissed from the daycare. Choose your daycare wisely.
My daughter attended this daycare at age 2. At that time, it was more descent and inviting. I am not sure what has occurred over the years, but I suppose a lot can change. My daughter is about to turn 12 now, so they could be under new management than when she went here. With all of the nasty and disturbing reviews and news about this daycare, any parent should think thrice. Everything that I have read about this daycare screams run for the hills. Parents, I know that we can be between a rock and a hard place at times when it comes to our children, but please do your research and ensure that your child is well taken care of while you are not available.
This is the BEST daycare I have ever dealt with! The staff is nice, friendly, warm, accepting and loving to all of their children, as well as the parents! They took great care of my 4 children. Mrs. SaBrina is doing a tremendous job there!
My son has attended this learning center from the age of 2 until kindergarten. I loved how they are not only a daycare but a learning facility as well my baby was always very well taken care of and I always felt he was safe here which is most important to me. Would highly recommend future geniuses learning center.
