What Parents Say
Future Faces receives mixed reviews with strong praise from most parents regarding staff warmth, child happiness, and care quality, but serious concerns raised by others about alleged discriminatory behavior, hygiene/health issues in the infant room, and inappropriate staff conduct toward parents.
It is easy for people to be good with your kid when you're around but on more than one occasion I have caught my son having the best time and getting so much love when the workers don't even know I am there yet. My son is so happy when he is there and they are so welcoming when I come to visit him on my lunch breaks. Leaving my son everyday is difficult no matter what but the wonderful people that work there make it so much easier. I am so happy to have found such a caring place to watch over my baby.
My child has gone to future faces since 3 months old. The staff is always caring and treats my child like their own. I've never had a concern for my child's safety or well-being. My child always runs into the building in the morning happy to be there. There is no better feeling for a working mom that has to leave her child. I would highly recommend these providers!
Future Faces staff are delightful and caring! I really enjoy and trust the staff to take care of my son. We have so many crafts from our 9 month old, that there is no room on the fridge for his proud parents to display. They are great and I highly recommend them!
Very disappointed to hear how you all treated Roderick when picking up his children. Your staff is rude, unprofessional, prejudiced, and racist. It is never acceptable to demonize or degrade children under any circumstance. As childcare providers it is expected that you will be neutral and fair care takers who practice unbiased and kind nurturing for the children in your care. It is not your places to put down any child for their skin color or call their character into question. As childcare providers you ARE NOT the parent and it is not your obligation to try and play that role. Roderick deserves a formal apology for the trauma you have caused him. His children also deserve an apology for the deep trauma you have caused them as a result of your racist and inappropriate behavior. He is entitled to pick up his children as a parent and your prejudice will not be tolerated.
My son was in care here from, November 2021, when he was 11 weeks old until, April 18th, 2022. After numerous colds, including croup that he picked up at this daycare, the final straw was when, I was called to pick him up, because he was showing signs of pink eye, at 6 months old. The teacher said,” we think it’s that because we had another child here with it” I picked up my son and took him to his doctor's, he was diagnosed with BACTERIAL not VIRAL PINK EYE, the bacteria had also caused infection in his ears. It took 3 trips to the doctors in a week and 3 antibiotics to get my baby better. That same day I let the daycare know he would no longer be in their care. I spoke to a staff member the following morning 4/19 and then the director on 4/20. I tried to nicely pass it off, and be done with them. However I’m getting a bill for $510 in the mail. $270 for the week of 4/18 when he was in their care for 3 hours before they kicked him out, and then I chose not to bring him back, and they new that by 4/19. Also billed $270 for the week of 4/25 when he was definitely not in their care anymore. Ask yourself how dirty is an infant room if a 6 Month old is getting bacterial pink eye. Save Yourselves the trouble, do not traumatize your babies by taking them here. Multiply times there was 5-7 babies and only 1 teacher. Sickness spreads around that infant room to the tune of 7 colds, 1 time with croup, and Bacterial Pink eye. Also to future faces in JC, turn that 510 over to collections, I’m not paying y’all another cent.
