Fun 2 3 Childcare - Sunset Hills INC.

My child and I love Fun 2 3! It is a nice, small facility. The teachers are sweet and caring and the director is very friendly and knowledgeable. My child comes home asking when she may return to school. She adores her teachers! She sings songs she has learned there and has taken off in her early literacy. At an early age, she could recognize numbers and letters. She now has been writing letters and spelling basic words. It is evident that learning happens along with age appropriate play, crafts, and fun. We love it there and look forward to Mondays.

Our son (infant) was at Fun 2, 3 for the last few months. Recently all the permanent staff left the daycare except one employee. This included every single worker that our infant son came into contact on a daily basis. My wife and I were disappointed as the previous staff cared for our son greatly but we both agreed we would give the replacement staff a chance and stay at Fun 2, 3. As the staff’s last day approached we still had not received any information on who would be the new staff we would leave our infant son with so we called to speak with the area manager who informed us “It doesn’t matter who will be working. Just leave your kid or don’t. I don’t care” Clearly this is an unacceptable attitude towards child care and is a shame. Because we voiced our concerns we were asked not to come back. If you leave your kid at Fun 2, 3 you can not count on your child receiving proper care.

Horrible place! My kids come home everyday and say ms keisha screamed at me, and once my son said she squeezed my arm. When asked Tanya she said would look into it and said she reviewed video didn’t see anything. I wonder how you can see squeezing a child’s arm in camera. They never communicate any accidents with u unless you the parent ask your child and bring it up with them... and the stories never match up with wat your kids tell u I always say kids tell the truth. I had to ask for reports and sometimes I got them and sometimes didn’t. There teachers change all the time. My son says he’s scared of his teacher he doesn’t go to her for anything. Here’s a picture of my sons back from yestoday and no one cared to tell me there’s a bunch of scratches and a bruise on his back and I asked my son wat happened both my kids stated that one other child held him and 3 others hit him...where was the teacher? I absolutely love this facility. My kids teachers are great and everyone is friendly. I have been to a few daycares and this one is my favorite. My kiddo comes home happy daily and I love the staff!
