Very mixed experience. Ms Stormee is the absolute best preschool teacher and we love her. We've also love Stevie the OT therapist and some wonderful specific members of staff who have loved my children as their own, including some of the admins and Sarah the nurse. But lately I would not recommend this center. My son's ABA therapy was cancelled and he was discharged PERMANENTLY with NO NOTICE SAME DAY because too many people quit. His ABA therapy was also consistently cancelled at least once a week with little to no notice due to low staff. Other low points include constant turnover, some rude and unprofessional staff/teachers, and poor communication across the board. And of course, the two people who were arrested for child neglect and mistreatment recently (both of whom looked after my children at different points!!). I wish I could say something better. We were part of the Friendship "family" for almost 3 years and are wrapping up our time with disappointment and frustration.

I am beyond upset with this “company” they put myself and my child through over 4 months of waiting for ABA services, did intake and told it would start soon!! Lies!! I got some random email today saying now they can’t take us, after over 4 months wasted waiting for this. Awful service!!!! Giant waste of time, which I have zero to spare. I’m a single mom and my son is autistic and DESPERATELY NEEDS THIS! To be put off again and again is pathetic and terrible to those in need. I cannot say again how awful this has been and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Terrible.

Do not recommend at all!!!! Do not bring your kids here SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. — Parents are speaking out after a Siloam Springs daycare worker was arrested on accusations of child abuse. According to an affidavit, Mary Clibrey was arrested on Oct. 16 after a video allegedly showed her pulling the arms of two students and dragging another across a classroom at Friendship Pediatric Services in Siloam Springs.

Extremely unprofessional when it comes to communicating. Enrollment specialist consistently told me my son would start this August in their preschool program for months. I have email correspondence dating months ago. All the sudden a week before school starts they have a “horribly long wait list” from what I’ve been told after countless tries to push through insurance that it’s the insurance companies fault. Coming from a mother of a disabled child and not knowing anything about this.. it’s frustrating when you get no answers were given and us as the parents have no control. His pediatrician had also tried to get in contact with him in regards to the insurance issues and got no answers either. I didn’t get him enrolled in head start through the city because I was told he would be going to school there and now he is not enrolled anywhere at all because we’re too late.

All of the staff care so much about the kids and are very gentle and patient with them. My son loves going and is upset on days he isn't able to attend.
