My child absolutely loved going to the center. She was going there for over 6 yrs and never once complaint. The directors literally treat you like family. My child is now older and no longer goes there, however she will still on occasion ask to go back, and if there is an emergency that I need someone to look out for her for a day they do not hesitate to watch her. I recommend anyone to go there and experience the great care my child received.
My kids have attended Fresh Start Childcare for 6 years and my children absolutely love their childcare and also love all of their teachers . They learn something new each day weather it’s the alphabets , numbers , songs and even science they also bring home amazing art work everyday ! They help me by helping my child to prepare for their first year of school and help potty training. I am so proud to know how happy my kids are to attend this childcare and how much they look forward in going each time.
One of the worst daycare my son been in... The owner are nice. But the teachers need more experience and patience with the kids. Kids are always out of control. The Center need to be clean and sanitized better. My son only last close to 3 month because he was so overwhelmed by other kids been so out of control plus the wifi dont work at all, so if you kids that are doing virtual school I dont recommend this Daycare. Signal and wifi is really bad.. Place is really unprofessional..
I had three kids there. They answer the phones like they don’t care, they were confused with pay and paper work. I took my kids to kinder care they were really professional. They had my toddler with 2 twelve year olds in line when I walked in and the 2 twelve year olds were play fighting and one fell on top of my daughter. They were huge kids. My daughter also got bit, and they never called me to let me know. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS!
The bathrooms the children used were completely disgusting. Clogged to the point that there was no water in them and it had to have been for days. The tp was crusted along the sides and poop was piled up in them all. Completely unsanitary and unsafe especially since the toddlers go to use them by themselves how do they know they didn't touch anything?! Then there's the problem with the teachers always yelling ND scaring the children I walked in one day to get my daughter out early ND the teacher was on her phone pushing a toddler ND telling him "go to sleep now!" are you kidding me. ND yes I did tell someone in charge ND it was always "I'll keep an eye on her" things never changed. SMH will never go back ND I do not recommend!
