My daughter goes here and she absolutely LOVES it ❤️ all the teachers and staff are wonderful. We spent almost an entire year in and out of different daycares trying to find the right fit and footsteps is just that. My 4 year old is excited to go in and always in the best mood when I pick her up. She talks about the staff and her friends nonstop. Their interactive schedule with parents being involved in the classroom is fantastic as well! We love this place and would gove it 10 stars if we could.
My son has been going to Footsteps close to 1 year. The owner, Don is very attentive to the day care and team. The team is so nice! From the morning to the evening always a good cheerful attitude. My son is learning and I enjoy seeing him happy. They do holiday events for the kids and give a daily "report". I love that each kid gets his own session and enjoyed how everything is kid friendly.
My daughters have been with footsteps since they’ve been old enough to attend daycare. I can honestly I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. There will be issues with all daycares. No place will be perfect because most parents have certain expectations. I’m speaking from experience because mine are high lol. However each time I have brought an issue to their attention or wanted something done a certain way they always try their best to accommodate me. My daughters are always happy to go daycare. I love footsteps!!
Very friendly and welcoming! The environment is very clean. All teachers are amazing. My 18 month old is learning so much and loves going every morning, and sometimes he just wants to stay instead of leaving. I love the little art projects they do, and their little parties around the holidays.
We have been with Footsteps for three and a half years with our toddler and now our infant. Both our girls started when they were around 4 months old. Our toddler has been through various age classrooms and I’m always amazed by how much she learns and brings home with her. From the beginning, the staff has always been very accommodating. I have severe post-partum anxiety and have always been understood by the staff who go out of their way to give me updates, details, and show how much they care for our babies every day. The operation hours allow flexibility for drop off and pick up so I don’t have to take time off work. I can visit during my lunch to nurse our infant. The teachers are qualified and the center consistently performs well with state reviews so I am never concerned with the standard of care. I don’t expect any daycare to be perfect; there have been miscommunications and frustrations over the years. However, I have always felt listened to when expressing concerns and the appropriate changes have been made when requested. If I would like to see any changes in the future it would be to have a siblings discount offered. Overall, my girls will be going to Footsteps until they enter kindergarten because every staff member I have met there has truly loved and cared for them, they learn and play, and I am confident that they are safe.
