Tender Care Child Development Center

This is an absolutely amazing facility. My son is almost 7 and has been going to Tender Care since he was 2. My 4 month old daughter now goes there. The Teachers are amazing from the infant room all the way up to the after school age teachers. Mrs. Sue is such a blessing to work with and truly cares for ALL of the children.

I do not recommend this day care! This daycare was the least recommended by the locals in Mt. View. There were no other available daycares at the time of replacement due to covid. The staff is very unprofessional in handling child issues. I am not sure how updated there continuing education is. No communication to the parents on behavior issues and resolution to problems. I noticed a decline in learning after my grandson started going there. Learned nothing new. I had a worker bring me my grandchild and all but took his arm and slung him to me when I picked him up because she was aggravated with him. Didn’t even look at me and walked off! Unprofessional!!!!

Leaving this facility was the best thing we ever did for our grandkids. There are just too many negatives to list in a review, one involving a sheriff's deputy called out by another parent to the facility regarding an incident with our 3 year old and a teacher. The director had no intention of calling us until the deputy asked why we hadn't been notified! Very poorly run facility! No "stars" would be more appropriate.

Staff is very professional. Make you feel comfortable each child is important highly recommended
