My friend Johnson and I have been to this place to do exercise by playing basketball and that both of us had fun in there also did use equipment there to do run or walk around. Also, that there were people in there doing exercise too. The people in there were nice, friendly and helpful.

Dear YMCA Management Team, Hello, Although I am not sure who is currently responsible for managing the swim program and coaching staff, I feel it is necessary to raise serious concerns about the quality of instruction. The teaching quality of the swimming class that starts at 10:50 a.m. on Sundays is extremely disappointing. Some coaches show a lack of basic responsibility during class, spending much of the time sitting and waiting for the session to end instead of actively instructing the children. This has significantly affected the learning experience. All parents are paying for these lessons. This is not a free program. As a community-based non-profit organization, we sincerely hope the YMCA will continue to improve and uphold high standards, rather than providing careless and perfunctory instruction. We respectfully ask that the management team look into the Sunday 10:50 a.m. class and take appropriate action to improve the quality of teaching. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The gym is clean and nice, but the main problem will be it has big discounts for old people. Therefore , there are always be a lot of elderly people chilling on the equipment for hours. No disrespect for them, I just don’t think it is a good habit to take an equipment for at least 40 minutes and just put a 5 lbs weight on. A lot of people use this gym as a social club for chilling and talking, rather than a place to work out

I truly believe that it has been a great blessing for my daughter to attend this school. Over the past two years, she has gone through such a remarkable transformation. Once a shy and reserved child, she has grown into a confident and sociable girl thanks to the love and kindness of her teachers and the staff. She not only knows all the names of her classmates and teachers but even those of the YMCA staff—she treats them like friends. I can genuinely feel how much effort the school puts into providing a wide range of experiences for the children. Because the school is located within the YMCA, the kids get to explore and learn both inside and outside the classroom—rain, snow, or shine. They also have the opportunity to interact with a variety of outside visitors such as firefighters, zookeepers, and even magicians, offering them rich and diverse experiences. My daughter absolutely loves going to school. She adores her teachers and friends, and now she even makes new friends easily outside of school. I must also highlight the professionalism and sense of responsibility shown by the teachers. Whenever we faced challenges with our daughter’s habits or behavior, the teachers worked closely with us. Through their effective guidance and dedication, she quickly developed better habits—it was truly amazing to see. We are always proud to tell our friends about this wonderful school, and our whole family feels deeply grateful and honored that our daughter’s first school experience has been such a successful and meaningful one.

The front desk waiter were extremely rude, the worst I've ever encountered. They acted as if someone in their family had just passed away. One male waiter member, who appeared to be of Southeast Asian descent, was particularly rude and disrespectful, even displaying racist behavior. The gym waiter and management covered for each other and never solved any problems for customers, Their solution to this problem was to cancel your membership without prior notice.
