My daughter was so happy when she came out and she had fun whith her friends but she said her head hurt and she said it was yelling in there

Absolute worst childcare I’ve seen. Got my daughter out as soon as we could. Teachers yelling and swearing, yelling at toddlers to shut up so loud I could hear it outside the building, no actual education plan (they do “have” one but kids don’t get taught a thing). Owner is nice, couple of teachers were fine but majority shouldn’t be allowed to work in childcare. Don’t expect diapers to be changed timely. Talked to a couple parents and even previous employee who felt the same, genuinely concerned for kids safety and care here. If you confront teachers, some of them take it out in your kid. Disgusting and sad.

Was thankful at first, but soon realized if you actually care about the well being of your child skip this daycare, too much drama, no accountability, staff are hostile towards legitimate concerns, the director seems to only care about money and not reassuring parents that the center is safe from questionable staff....

Five Star is a wonderful center. Highly recommended
