The director is very unprofessional. This lady wouldn’t even shake my wife’s hand when she tried to introduce herself. My wife then asked her name and she just tapped on her name tag. Also after having issues with my child getting bit to the point that she didn’t want to go to daycare anymore we got removed from the daycare and banned. Yes got mad frustrated and aggravated but the reason I did is because nobody wanted to hear me out. The director continuously did everything she could to talk over everything I had to say. I will be doing everything I can to have this place audited by the state and these kids and parents to be treated with care and love.

I have a child who was diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, Autism, and asbergers. Any one who has an autistic child knows that they can’t be treated or held to the same expectations as other children. I enrolled my child for summer camp with the church because as a Christian environment, I thought they could understand a medical needs child better but they obviously did not. My child had only attended this camp for 1 week and the owner, staff, & teacher were given advance notice of my child medical history and the fact she was off her medicine until we could get Pre authorization with her insurance for a refill. They still kicked her out after 1 incident her first week having advance notice she was off her medication. While I understand safety is their # 1 priority, my 4 year old did not do anything and is not capable of doing anything to put the other children’s safety at risk. If you have a medical needs child, do not expect these people to take it Into consideration, care, or cooperate with you. They have no patience for children that require more time and understanding. They need better training to cope with children such as mine because we can’t control or change what she has. Instead of expecting my daughter to change, maybe it’s you people that need to change and understand her better. We don’t change her to fit our schedule, we changed to fit my daughters needs. Very disappointed at how they suddenly reacted to the situation and didn’t even give my daughter an opportunity. Piss poor job done.
