First Steps Preschool

I would highly recommend First Steps Preschool to any parent! My daughter has been here for about 5 months and all I can say is she's so so happy there. All of her teachers are amazing! They go above and beyond for my babygirl. Her needs are always met and they help her reach her milestone goals. Everything is documented throughout her day so I can stay updated and I LOVE that they document pictures as well. I'm so happy and appreciative of everything that is done.

This is an excellent safe place for your child. Our daughter loves her teachers. The teachers and staff are very caring and responsible. The pricing is very good and the location is great. The daycare staff is consistent with very little turnover. The take safety very seriously. Cameras are everywhere and the school is locked up tight during the day. I highly recommend First Steps.

First Steps has been an incredible experience for both of my children. I enrolled my first child at 15 months old (a pandemic baby), and as a first-time mom, I was so grateful for the kindness and support from the staff. They made the transition into preschool and a new routine much easier. My second child started at just 4 months old, and the care and attention she’s received has been just as wonderful. The staff is phenomenal—compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s well-being. We’ve had the pleasure of working with many different teachers over the years, and we’ve loved every one of them. Communication is excellent—they regularly share photos, updates on activities, and notify you promptly about any bumps or bruises. The staff always kept me informed about how both of my kids were doing and were happy to offer insights and advice whenever I had questions. Both of my children absolutely love being there. They’ve learned so much and made many wonderful friends. The sense of community extends beyond the classroom too—I've gotten to know several of the other parents, and that connection has been a real bonus. I can’t recommend First Steps enough!

My son started in the infant room and just graduated from transitional kindergarten at First Steps. We’re thankful for the staff and how they helped my son grow over the years. Pros: 1. The staff was always patient, friendly and professional. I never had to worry about how my son was treated in any of the classes. Some staff members have been there for a long time too! 2. Communication was fantastic. They have an app and will even post pictures. 3. No screens! There are activities and lessons planned throughout the day. I loved seeing all the artwork my son created. 4. The cost was very reasonable for childcare. I can’t really think of any cons.

All 4 of my kids have gone here. They put safety first when it comes to the kiddos and they send you up to date events or mile stones that you might miss. Gotta give a shout out to miss Debbie she's amazing and a blast for the kids. The assistant director goes above and beyond even though we might agree with some decisions. The owners are fantastic and you can actually talk to them unlike the other places in the area
