First Steps Preschool

My children loved this center when they were little. Some of the same staff are there from 10 years ago. The teachers are amazing, and all the staff are kind. The admin and teachers are very responsive when questions are asked. My children met lifelong friends here. Highly recommend this childcare center.

Love it! Our special needs soon attended there about 5 yrs. Ago and they were great with him. There was a situation on the bus ride , they immeditly picked up on his change in personality and immeditly contacted us. Fast fowead 5yrs. We we're blessed with a new edition, we immeditly decided to send him there, when it was time for me to go back to work. We went to visit and I was impressed to see the same staff still working there. The staff is very well trained and knowledabgle. They are strict to following the letter of the law when it comes to state regulations, but in my opinion that is a good thing, they have my child to take care of. The cost was definilty compareable to other daycares, for the quailty you are getting. We are thankful for the wonderful staff. As for the previous negative review, don't worry, I am glad you had to stand outside and wait for someone to buzz you in, that means no one can just walk in and my child was safe. You could have pulled out your cell phone and called the number on the door for just in case purposes, as posted and them not knowing your face, they were probably busy with the children and no one was availble at the moment to let a stranger in. Me personally I am ok with as I stated my child goes there and Ithat just ensures their safety!

The lady in the office was exceptionally belligerent, all the staff looked tired and stressed out, and it’s very expensive to go here. Also, you’ll be waiting outside for a couple minutes before someone lets you in the door.

Great people work here... My grandsons love it here.
