First Steps Pre-School/Development Center

When I came to the Orlando area, I searched many different Pre-K and Daycare facilities. I felt most comfortable with this family owned and operated establishment. The owners and staff are warm, honest and treat you like family. I would definitely recommend First Steps. The entire staff is very approachable and the owners available to answer any questions or assist in anyway. The children, their learning, and growth as little people come first at this school. I went in interested in enrolling my infant and asked for a tour. The door was unlocked and I only waited about a minute before being greeted by a woman who stated she did not understand. The smell of urine in the entrance was horrible. I am not sure if the trash was close or if that is just how it smelled, but it was outrageous. The woman who greeted me went to retrieve another woman who said I could not have a tour. Maybe there was a language barrier or something, but there were enough red flags for me not to trust this place with my baby.

Very happy to have our son in such great hands, for the past couple months since we moved here to Fl, the care here has been wonderful! Definitely help make you feel comfortable. I would recommend first steps to anyone looking for quality care. Mom/Dad of Josh R.

Better than a lot of other daycares out there. They are GREAT with children, even my daughter, who can get difficult at times. I will continue to bring her here for the foreseeable future
