Both of my boys go to First Steps and we love it! From the director to the teachers, everyone is invested in their development. I appreciate their curriculum as I have seen my kids excel and hit every milestone. I would highly recommend FSA!
We have been a "First Steps Family" since 2015, and we feel so lucky as a family to have found such a loving and inclusive environment. The parents, teachers, and administrators are always so friendly and our kids have made amazing friends in the years we've been there. Our five year old is more than prepared for kindergarten in the fall with the focus on academics at all levels. Most of all, our kids have loved every teacher, so they feel comfortable going to school and being ready to learn every day.
As a first time mom, I was nervous leaving my daughter anywhere for too long. Not only has first steps soothed that anxiety, but they have helped my daughter thrive. I am so so appreciative of their warm support and care and for the socialization and enrichment my daughter has experienced. We LOVE first steps academy. 11/10 recommend.
Staff started flashing red flags after the first couple of days. Teachers would promise one thing with a smile and then do the exact opposite. We came in once to pick my son up early and teachers were staring at their phones.
