I’m very happy to have received such wonderful support from Leah DeMark, Aquatics Director at the Spring Hill Rec Center. She is incredibly approachable, welcoming, and helpful, and her responsiveness truly stood out. Leah personally took the time to call and assist us, going above and beyond to help with our swim class registration. I’m so grateful for her dedication and kindness — thank you, Leah, for making the process so smooth and for your amazing commitment to helping families! The Spring Hill Rec Center staff and employees are also very friendly, professional, and supportive, making it a truly pleasant experience every time we visit.

Leah is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help me find the right swimming class for my kids and made the whole process so easy. She’s super helpful, patient, and really cares about making sure you’re happy. Honestly, she reminds me of the good old days when customer service and satisfaction actually mattered, something you hardly see anymore.

The head guard’s conduct reflects a clear abuse of perceived authority. His demeanor is unnecessarily hostile and dismissive, and he behaves as though he holds absolute power over the premises. He is implementing actions that are not standard practice anywhere else, positioning himself as though his personal interpretation supersedes established policy. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and requires immediate review and corrective action.

I have to say that one, I'm thankful there's indoor racquetball courts available at a very fair price. They are also easy to access and use. Now the major issue is the cleanliness. These courts are disgusting. They don't appear to have been cleaned for months. There are hairballs, gum, fluids and other junk all over the courts. Young people, kids, use these courts too. It made me wonder how the rest of the rec center is cleaned. And the answer is not very well. Now I completely understand that staff is hard to find and keep. But cleaning these courts doesn't seem lime it would take undue amounts of time. 2 stars rating, very inconsistent. Proceed at your own health risk.
