My daughter has been at First Step for over a year now and I am so glad to have her enrolled there. She has built a great relationship with all the teachers she has had from the infant to toddler room. We have even run into one of her teachers at Costco and she was happy to see her. I have found that the classrooms are very well stocked with toys and books for my daughter and she enjoys playing amongst all her friends. The teachers are regularly sitting on the floor playing or reading with all of the kids and it shows how much they care. I also think it is great that she is exposed to both English and Spanish on a daily basis. Her vocabulary is expanding more and more and I hope to continue her on a bilingual education as she gets older, but this early exposure is so wonderful and helpful for their little minds. Logistically everything is very smooth as well and having the app updates are great throughout the day and to check how long she napped each day. She seems to enjoy the meals she gets at school which are always a well rounded meal with protein, fruits and veggies.

Absolutely amazing. The ladies Ms. Chely and Ara specially, treat my little girl as family. She greets them and leaves gleefully each day. Cleanliness throughout the facility is quite admirable. Look forward to Ms. Rene's welcoming smile each morning and Marisol is very attentive and tends to our needs in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.
Our daughter started going here at 15 months old and it was her first ever daycare experience. She had a rough adjustment, but the workers here were so great at being there for her and helping her with the transition (and sending lots of pictures to help with my transition)! She absolutely loves going to school every day and is always having fun when I pick her up. We initially started going here thinking it would be for a short time and that we would end up finding somewhere closer (we have a 30 minute commute), but everything about First Step has made it so that we couldn’t imagine our daughter going anywhere else!
Enroll your kids!!!!! As a first-time mom I agonized over finding the perfect daycare for my daughter. I read reviews, toured countless facilities, and I am so glad that we found first step. My daughter started here at 3 months old and we have loved every second of it. Her teachers (Margarita and Marisol) were beyond amazing. My daughter would reach for them in the mornings and not want to leave in the afternoon. Along with the best care, they also have very reasonable pricing! Their office staff is informed and always does their best to help in any way they can. 10/10 recommend First Step to anyone!
