I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the women that work there. As a first-time mom I was extremely nervous and unsure about sending my baby to a place where I didn’t know the employees or how they would care for her. From my tour back in April/May to now I can honestly say I have no regrets and am so happy I chose First Step. I know when my baby is there she is in good hands! They care for her as if she was their own child and that means a lot to me. I can call anytime and see how she’s doing and the ladies update me with any needs my baby might need as far as being low on diapers, food etc. I also get photos of her smiling (which make my day). This place is reasonably priced and would recommend this place to anyone. I have yet to have a negative interaction there and highly doubt I ever will. I look forward to the future with them as they have lots of activities and events for the older kids there.

My kids have been there two years. It has been such a blessing and a wonderful experience! My kids are safe, well taken care of and happy! They love my kids as if they are their own. My kids are learning and thriving. Best daycare in Orlando!

My granddaughter started here for VPK last year, I chose this daycare for multiple reasons. Cost, friendly staff, location, hours and teaching. From the moment we met Ms Denise we were sold I am so grateful for all the assistance in learning they have offered. I also added my school age grandson over the summer for summer camp and they both couldn't say enough about the excitement to each of their days! I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone in search of a comfortable place to leave your child while working. I would also like to add they went all out at the VPK graduation and made each and every student know it was THEIR SPECIAL DAY! Thanks First Academy for caring about the kids.

My daughter started a couple weeks ago and i am very very happy with her new preschool! she loves it there she comes home and talks about the teachers all day she loves everything there do with her! the school is very clean and looks very family oriented i am very happy with putting her in this school!

THIS IS THE BEST DAYCARE EVER! My son was 3 years old when he started here! he is non verbal but all the teachers and the owner is completely great with him! I want to thank all the staff on how amazing they have been with my son and I. :)
