What Parents Say

I would suggest that you find somewhere else for indigent services. They definitely play favorites when it comes to their clothing closet. The behavior exhibited by the staff left me bewildered. And I was not able to obtain the identification credentials I gave my personal information to obtain. There are other places to obtain the services they provide without the difficulties.
Tricia, FPC Community Ministries Director, validates the rating. On multiple occasions she has demonstrated discrimination. Upon the second visit to follow up on the business of government imposed indigent conditions, there was no truth towards intention. When pointed out she said, "call it whatever you want, but get out of my office". Kathleen Flynn Law Firm referral to Nancy Harris is background information on disagreeable practices observed. Unfortunately the tide turned to the aforementioned after a very informative, professional and productive intake process with Case Manager, Quanishia Dixon whom motivated the follow ups.
They claim to help and care about the homeless of Atlanta, yet they won't allow them to sit in the shade during lunch. They tell them to cross the street to sit in the shade of the High Museum of Art, but the museum staff runs them back into the scorching sun. Tell me...in this $54 million renovation project, is there an allotment to install an overhang to keep the homeless from baking and burning in the direct sunlight of the hottest time of day? That would be caring and compassion.
I have been here for 3 days in a row trying to to get assistance. I actually had an appointment today. I waited where the security guard told me to wait, but no one ever came to get me. Then, they come tell me they are closed; so I will have to come back AGAIN. WTH?! Regardless of closing time, if someone has an appointment & waits patiently for 45 minutes past the appointment time, HE/SHE SHOULD BE SEEN & HELPED!! Where is the Christian attitude?! This church is NOT very Christ-like in their actions. Did Jesus keep turning away people who needed help? Did He tell them, "I'm sorry, but I'm closed. You will have to come see me tomorrow deapite coming 3 days in a row already & having an appointment to see me." NO!!
I have never experienced a more rude and exclusive church in my life.
