First Kids Academy

I am very disappointed with the admissions process at First Kids Academy. My daughter was not accepted simply because she is bilingual. The school expects children to speak only English, and instead of seeing her ability to speak two languages as a strength, they treated it as a reason for exclusion. In a diverse and global society, bilingualism should be celebrated—not punished. It’s heartbreaking to know that being bilingual was seen as a disadvantage. I truly hope First Kids Academy rethinks its admission policies and chooses to value inclusion, cultural diversity, and the unique potential of each child.

We love First Kids Academy!! The teachers are amazing and my kids love going. My after schooler begs to stay longer when I come to pick her up because she loves the activities. And I love the detailed reports I get from my son’s teachers in the infant class! I also really like that I can communicate with the teachers and after school counselors on the spot through the bright wheel app. It makes communication easy and efficient. I wouldn’t trust my kids to go anywhere else!

We couldn’t be happier with First Kids Academy! Our 22-month-old daughter absolutely thrives here. From the moment we walk in, it’s clear how much care and effort the staff put into creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment. The teachers are incredibly patient and attentive, always taking time to share updates about her day, whether it’s about her meals, nap time, or the fun activities she participates in. The facility is spotless and well-organized, with plenty of age-appropriate toys and learning materials. We’re amazed at how much our daughter has grown socially and developmentally since joining. She’s learning new words, songs, and skills every week, and we love seeing her excitement when she comes home and shows us what she’s learned. The team at First Kids truly feels like extended family, and we feel so confident leaving her in their care every day. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our little one. Highly recommend!

I have no words to describe how amazing First Kids Academy has been to my son and our family. We felt right at home as soon as we took a tour, enrolling your 6 month old into daycare is scary, but Misty and the Staff assured us we would be in great hands there. And they have proved that time and time again. They go above and beyond for the children there as well as their families. Not only do they host events for the kids, but they get the families involved as well. I love being apart of this community and we are so blessed to be apart of a daycare who loves our son just as much as us. If you are looking to join a daycare, please come here!! It’s amazing

We love first Kids Academy! Every teacher we have interacted with is patient, loving and kind towards my son. They treat my son as if he were their own child. The brightwheel app allows me to fet pictures, and updates on him throughout the day and communicate with staff directly. Excellent staff and facility ❤️
