My son started to attend First Impression since 18month. The experience i had here as a parent was wonderful. The support i experienced from administration as well as the classroom teachers was exceptional. They supported my son and gave me time to work out any challenges that he faced in advancing his growth. I highly recommend first impression to any parent looking for a safe, comfortable and loving environment for there child.

My son was sad at first going here and I was real nervous. As I continued to take him, he started to get comfortable. The teachers are very attentive and care for him. I love that I can call them whenever and they are more than happy to check on him. Only downside is they are not allowed to send pictures to parents. I wish they would do pictures or have like an app to keep track on your child’s day to day progress. Thank you First Impressions for all that you do!

This is not a good day care for any parents to send their kids at. The director is mean, greedy selfish and highly unprofessional so the teachers are the same. Your kids will learn hate here, They will mistreat your kids after you drop them and you won’t know why your kids don’t like to come since they are scared to speak and toddlers can’t express. My daughter is now at different day care and I can see now she is very happy at new place. Don’t force your child to come here if they are not comfortable. Very bad experience here.

My family spent 3 years with this facility...there were yellow and red flags from the start but we stuck with them because the ladies who work in the classrooms are very nice, and the only reason we stayed as long as we did. I had both my kids there once my son was born. We left in November 2018 shortly after his first birthday because I was told since he was the oldest infant, he had to move up into the 1s/2s class, but I didn’t agree. Didn’t feel it was appropriate to place a JUST-12- monther with 18-24-monthers, and a bigger class ratio. But I had no choice in the matter, they had already filled his spot in the infant room prior to discussing things with us, and I was told he HAD to go there the next school day. So we pulled my son that night and started at a new school on Monday. I spent an hour on the phone with the director that night as she basically told me I was out of line and it was state law that he move up once he turned one, yet I know of other children who spent more time in the infant room. She told me she never experienced this issue before, again only for me to find out from another mom that she also just pulled her son from the same class for the same reason a few weeks earlier. The Director is 100% unprofessional, greedy, and a grudge-holder. She pays the staff poorly, berates them in front of families, and only cares about her bottom line. When I called today to request a statement of tuition for 2018 taxes, she said she would never provide it to me because I didn’t pay my last week tuition. For the week my son did not attend because his care was in question and I moved him to a better facility. The level of unprofessionalism is absurd! It’s such a shame because there are wonderful ladies whom we loved and loved on our babies for so long, but nobody controls my kids’ care. That’s my job. It’s unbelievable that she is refusing to provide me a legal document for taxes. Totally illegal and out of line. I would never recommend this place to anyone, solely on the basis of the awful Director and her greedy pockets.

This place is horrifying. For some reason my previous review was deleted. The owner has no idea how to run a business and she could not care less about the kids. She told me there’s nothing her staff would do to try to stop an abduction, after allowing my child to go home with a family member that was never there before, and was not asked to show ID. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN IN THIS CENTER. I would rather quit my job and be homeless than drop my kids off here every day to go to work.
