Absolutely incredible experience! This place is truly exceptional. The staff members are highly trained, caring, and genuinely love working with kids, creating a warm and nurturing environment. The director and office team are outstanding—always in excellent communication and dedicated to making sure every child feels valued and supported. Our kids are absolutely thrilled to come here—they're excited about school every day! One of the biggest perks is they ALWAYS have staffing, which is a rare find in the York area. Plus, they go above and beyond by providing breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, diapers, and wipes—everything our children need to thrive. They treat each child as if they were their own, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We whole-heartedly recommend this wonderful place!

AMAZING center. My 2 kids have been attending for almost a year now and we LOVE it. Seriously, I can't say enough positive things about this daycare. It's more than affordable, the staff are all so kind and loving, breakfast AND lunch are provided, and diapers/wipes are provided. A bonus is that my 3 year old's class is teaching him about Jesus! This place is a God send, both kids are thriving, and we wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

Lack in communication and professionalism. Initial tour was scheduled for an afternoon and when we arrived the director was not present and staff had to find someone to give the tour. Center communicated that all children needed a flu shot in order to return after a holiday closure. Our doctors office questioned this and after scrambling to get a shot for all 3 children that attended, the center said it then wasn't needed. Personal information was shared concerning behavior in front of families upon arrival. Incident reports were not shared with each incident. No communication given when a child switched classrooms. Director was not available after 3pm when parents typically have more time to discuss care. Enrollment paperwork was lost as well. Given all of this, the preschool teachers that our 4 year old had were excellent and prepared them with prereading skills that have served them well in kindergarten.

My son has been attending since February, the facility is Clean, Nice teachers, nicely secured. They use a app (procare) where teacher sends pictures and gives detail reports ( I love it) They serve good breakfast and lunch for the kids. My son adapted quickly. Two playgrounds (big) for the kids. I just enrolled my daughter for summer camp, she is excited! Kim director communicates well, very attentive and professional.

Very unpleasant experience here. Staff seemed knowledgeable at first but were always cold and distant and the communication was terrible. They will refuse to feed your child if you are less than 5 minutes late to the set breakfast time. They don’t care if the child is 2 or if you phoned ahead well ahead of time, they will let them go without. So make sure you are always on time or have a flexible work schedule. We also saw a marked change in our children’s demeanor. They were not happy about going to school as they had always been at their first daycare and as they are at their current one. That really is the saddest part of it, that we kept them there long enough for it to affect their moods. We should have listened to our instincts and moved them sooner. If you’re looking for a daycare I’d move on to another option. We love AAtoZZ. Give them a call at least.
