I attended a "Men's Church" event here recently. The serve team had prepared a BBQ dinner for us and it was great. The pastor, Gil McKee, is very personable and friendly. He made us feel welcome and so did the rest of the team. God moved in that place and I'm glad I was able to be a part of it.

Very unprofessional communication by their secretary, or whoever answers their phones. I was calling on behalf of my outreach program and she hung up on me twice. Do not recommend!!!

For the last five years or so my younger two kiddos have been in the Child Development Program at First Baptist. Fantastic place with kind, loving, smart staff and teachers. It's a bit pricey when compared to a typical daycare setting. However, this place is so much more than a typical daycare and it's been worth every single penny.

Just watched Dr. Gil McKee preach. I was sitting with my in-laws and my father-in-law turned the television on. I’m so grateful he did! The sermon was full of God’s word and truth and the lesson was also full of immediate ways to apply the Verses to my life and my relationship with God! I appreciate any preacher able to take the word of God and teach people how to use it now- not dogmatic theorists who’s only aim is to speak a lofty, pious language no layman can understand. The sermon was to recent grads, which I am not, but it was still a wonderful sermon. Such a blessing! Thank you Dr. Mckee
