First Baptist Rogers is my home church. We are led by a fantastic staff. Our pastor, Wes George, always preaches God's holy word straight from the Bible. I am thankful for my church family.
It's such a big church, you never really get to know anybody. Our family got sick and missed a lot after joining. Nobody even noticed. Our kid hasn't made a single friend in months there. We like the preaching, although you will never get to know the preacher. We could disappear and no one would even take note. Just a number in their membership. We do like what they teach and how easy it is to volunteer to help out. People are friendly there, but you'll not know them outside those doors. It's also SO crowded. Thinking we need to be looking for something smaller maybe.
This is an incredible church. Me and my family have been a part of this church for almost 9 years and it has been a huge blessing. My kids love it and there's some great people to do life with in our adult life group. I would encourage anyone looking for a church in NWA to come check First Baptist out! This church is also very involved in serving and giving to missions. The church is truly selfless when it comes to giving and serving the community and the world around them!
This is a great church. The Word is preached clearly with no agenda, and worship is from the heart. They have an amazing and good children's ministry. Children are loved here. This is a place to come if you want to be real with people and God. You can be family here.
I enjoy this church so much that I will make any effort I can to go- even if I just get several hours of sleep after night shift to go. The pastors and everyone have been so friendly here. I wish I found this church earlier! There is tons of parking. The church itself is beautiful! We are planning to attend a life group after evening service soon. There are many life groups.
