Ferndale Day Nursery

I LOVE Ferndale Day Nursery. They are so engaged and interactive with the kids. My 3 daughters have gone here for the past 5 years and my son is already on the books to start when he turns 2! I couldn’t imagine using a different daycare for them. The before/after school transport program & summer program for the school aged kids is great. The teachers really go above and beyond with a new activity/theme/field trip or craft every day for the kids to stay engaged and involved. Not to mention they have the MOST affordable prices around, bc let’s be honest, child care is another mortgage payment these days lol. I will forever recommend Ferndale Day Nursery to anyone looking for a daycare.

My family has had the pleasure of having all three of our children enrolled in this exceptional daycare, giving us the opportunity to interact with all of its teachers. Over the past four years, my twins have thrived here, and I eagerly awaited the day when my toddler could join them upon turning two. As a flight attendant, finding reliable childcare is a challenge, yet I can confidently say that when I'm away for work, I have complete peace of mind knowing my children are in capable hands. The daycare keeps me consistently informed about their development, and I genuinely believe my kids are not only learning but also having fun and are safe—a parent's ultimate concern. The dedication of the teachers, coupled with the affordability of the daycare, leaves me immensely grateful for Ferndale. For as long as we remain in the area, our children will continue attending this daycare. Even if circumstances lead us to relocate, they'll still participate in the summer camp without hesitation.

My daughter has attended FDN for the last 6 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the teachers. They are attentive and care about the kids. Mrs. Virginia is the BEST pre-school teacher there is. I love that some of the teachers have been there for a long period of time which allows the children to be comfortable and feel safe. She also attends the summer program and Mrs. Jillian always plans fun adventures for the kids to go on.

My son attends this daycare, and we are so grateful for the wonderful care and attention he receives. Ms. Stacie, his teacher, is not only super communicative but also works incredibly well with all children, including those with special needs. Her dedication and patience create a warm and welcoming environment where children can thrive. The daycare staff is attentive and caring, and the facilities are clean and safe. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child."

My son has been attending Ferndale Day Nursery for almost two years now. He was in Ms. Vera’s 3s class. He is currently in Ms. Virginia’s pre-k class. We have had a great experience there. The teachers are great. Everyone is very friendly. He enjoys being there. He has learned a lot. I feel like Ferndale Day Nursery has prepared him for a successful transition to Kindergarten this fall. When my youngest turns 2, I plan on trying to get him enrolled at Ferndale as well. Highly recommend!
