Title: Unprofessional, rude, and disorganized – Safety concern. "I had a tour scheduled with 'Miss G' for 2:30 PM. She confirmed with me twice (two days prior and the same day). She asked to push the time back to 2:45 PM, which I agreed to. However, when we arrived and rang the bell at 2:45 PM, our experience was shocking. We went up to the 3rd floor, and when the elevator opened, we were met by an older staff member who looked surprised to see us. She was in the management office/meeting room, on her phone and making lunch. She immediately asked what we were doing there and told us to leave. When we explained we had a confirmed appointment with Miss G, she simply said, 'I don't care,' and dismissed us. We left immediately. Miss G called 10 minutes later saying she was ready and asked if we wanted to come back. The answer is absolutely not. This facility lacks basic communication and professionalism. If this is how they treat parents during a scheduled tour, I cannot trust them to care for my 2.5-year-old daughter. People in childcare need passion and patience, not just a paycheck. If you are looking for a place where staff is attentive and professional, look elsewhere."
