I’ve been living at this apartment complex for 12 months and have had a positive experience overall. The community is peaceful, laid back, and I genuinely feel safe here. Carlos, the property manager, truly stands out. He consistently goes above and beyond, communicates clearly, and addresses concerns promptly. It makes a big difference having management that is attentive and reliable. I appreciate the calm atmosphere and sense of security this community provides.
I’ve had a really good experience living at 445 Cleveland Apartments. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it truly feels like a comfortable place to come home to. Carlos is very nice and extremely helpful. He is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when you need something. He really makes you feel welcome and cared for as a resident. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner, and the community is kept looking nice and safe. The location is also very convenient and close to everything you need. I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend 445 Cleveland Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and peaceful place to live!
Carlos was great. He was pleasantly informative about the complex and its amenities. The property was well maintained and I noticed 24 hour security cameras. I also observed the grounds were beautiful and clean. Looks like a great place to live. Stephanie and Carlos are awesome!!!
Carlos and Stephanie are great, they are very welcoming. The apartment complex is nice,clean and very quiet. The landscaping is very neat, I love that they have a grill area and laundry room on site. Marta transportation is directly in front of the apartments, that's a plus. Stores are close by as well as the interstate. Great location, great rental prices!!!
Love this property!!!! The leasing staff is awesome! The location is near all the stores and restaurants, 285 and 75/85 are very close. And a Marta bus stop right in front of the complex! And the rental prices are great! This property is clean and well maintained. And they have 24 hour surveillance and lights everywhere! The grilling area is nice and laundry room on site!!!!! Carlos and Stephanie rock!!! 5 STARS EASILY!!!!! Been here over 2 years and I must say it's been great! Not leaving no time soon!!!!!
