Our experience with this daycare was mixed. Some of the teachers genuinely cared about our son, and we appreciate their kindness. However, after nearly a year, the daycare informed us they could no longer continue caring for him because of his autism. While we understand that supporting a child with special needs can be challenging, we had hoped for more communication and collaboration. We had also paid a $300+ registration fee only a few weeks prior, which they declined to refund. Overall, the experience felt more transactional than caring. Parents of children with special needs should ask detailed questions about the daycare’s approach and resources before enrolling.
The Enchanted Forest academy is such a magical and quaint place for my baby girl. My husband and I just moved to the area and we were exploring day cares for my newborn baby girl. We interviewed at some places that were advertised to be more modern but upon our arrival we were disappointed. Then we stumbled upon the Enchanted forest and let me tell you, it was definitely enchanting ! We walked into a room of magical music playing, Michelle and Kelsi were smiling at us and it felt like they were welcoming us to their home! As a mother it is always your top priority for the safety and care of your children. I wanted a space that felt safe for my daughter and that I can trust to take care of her like I would. Day 1, The staff at the enchanted forest were so caring and gentle with my daughter. Shout out to Kristen and Tabitha for taking care of my little one since day 1. She is now a bundle of joy that has even grown some attachments to the teachers and always goes there smiling and asking for snuggles. I even think she has more fun there than at home!! They are always upgrading their toys and play areas to meet safety and educational standards. I can tell they truly care about their students. Thank you so much for the amazing staff at The enchanted forest and for always caring for my baby girl .
Both of my children went here for their first daycare. They were treated so incredibly well and both learned so much here at enchanted forest. I was so scared to put my children in daycare until I put them here. Everyday I got pictures of my kiddos smiling. I got artwork with their handprints and foot prints almost daily as well. All the teachers treat the kids as if they were their own. And the staff is great to parents aswell. I always felt at home here and like the daycare and staff were part of my family too. My children were in the infant and one year old classes and my experience with all staff there was amazing. All of my children’s wants and needs were met. My son came home saying new words, singing songs, accounting to 10, and even memorizing books. At only 1 and a half. And my daughter is ahead on all her milestones. I give full credit to enchanted forest and would recommend this preschool to anyone
Enchanted Forest is beyond amazing, my son has been going there since he was 11 months and I'm so happy we found them. They treat my son like he is one of their own and so daily updates and pictures so make you feel at ease. They have become like a second family to us all the staff is so sweet and caring. Enchanted Forest Academy was a blessing for us. I can not thank them enough for all the great things they do everyday.
My son has attended Enchanted for over a year now and has always loved it! He first started there at 8 weeks old and is now 1 1/2! We have loved our experiences with both the teachers and the administrators! All rooms have lots of windows and sunshine coming in to really create a great atmosphere! They are very good at keeping parents updated about meals, potty breaks, photos, and naps throughout the day. They even specify what food was eaten, how much was eaten, if their poop was abnormal or a blow out, if it was a dry diaper, how long the nap was, and when they gave him medicine (if you had some from doctor). They are very efficient in keeping the parents up to date and informed on any event or schedule change. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone! The administrators Michelle, Kelsey and Jayla are delightful and very easy to approach and talk to because their office is in the lobby! Great set up :)
