Family Learning & Childcare II

My daughter has been going here for over 2½ years or so now and it's just been a great experience overall, we have zero plans of going anywhere else until she ages out of course. She loves her teachers and so do I, all the women that work there seem so patient and are very nice. Her teacher, Mrs. Kathleen is awesome, she always talks to me at drop off and pick up and just tells me about my daughters day, even if nothing "important" per say happened which I just really appreciate. I also love randomly getting pictures of her playing and having fun during the day through their app. The curriculum is fantastic, I love that each week has a new theme, and my daughter has learned so much since starting at FLCC. I did have some billing errors occur, but Anna worked with me and corrected my account which I very much appreciate. This place has truly been awesome, I just wanted to come here and praise them after having a conversation with someone about the daycare my daughter attended before we came here that was a nightmare. The difference between FLCC and her previous daycare is night and day! Her last daycare gives me nightmares and I was terrified about sending her back to another, but I don't think I could've picked a better place to end up at instead, they have no idea how much better they have made me feel about sending my child to daycare and knowing she's actually being taken care of and is in good hands. If you're needing to put your child in daycare I would definitely recommend Family Learning and Childcare Center!

Absolutely adore this place! The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and every single member of the staff is amazing. My son is almost 2 yrs old and has been going to FLCC for a year and a half. He has learned so much here! He was taught sign language when he was too young to speak and now knows how to count to 10, all his colors, shapes, and so much more because of FLCC. They also use cloth diapers while your child is there (that are professionally laundered), so you only have to bring 1 diaper per day, what a great cost savings as a parent! Their pricing is competitive and fair, and so worth every penny!! I highly recommend this as a daycare/learning center for your child!

Our 2 boys currently attended Family Learning & Childcare (one in Pre-K 1 and the other in Infant 2). I have always felt safe and assured knowing my children would be well attended for. The owners have always communicative, responsive and truly care for the well-being of our boys. If there is ever an issue of whether or not the kids were sick, I was immediately informed and received thorough communication regarding what is going on. I believe their teachers do a very good job too. They are always kind, friendly and informative. When I drop off, they listened to any needs for that particular day. When I pick up, my concerns are attended to and documented (whether they had a diaper rash or illness concerns). During the day, I can call and the teachers in the room are always receptive and responsive. The curriculum is organized and age appropriate.The toys, puzzles, games and interactions are engaging, stimulating and our boys are doing very well because of that. The owners & staff go above and beyond to ensure that the building is decorated and fun for all holidays & they have "special events" where they will invite all parents and kids for a Husker Watch Party or Movie Night. I highly recommend FLCC for any parents looking for their kids to grow emotionally and intellectually. The owners, directors, and teachers work hard, demonstrate passion for childcare and truly care about every child there.
