What Parents Say
Faith Child Care Inc receives overwhelmingly positive reviews praising the staff's experience, stability, and quality care, though facility appearance is noted as modest. One negative review reported concerns about staff behavior toward children when observed unannounced.
1 Star Rating I do not recommend this daycare. My toddler grandson attended Faith for about a year and a half recently (2023-2024). Due to my schedule, I would pick him up from daycare at different times each day. I would often wait at the open classroom door unnoticed for several minutes and quietly observe what was happening in the classroom and the hallway. I witnessed multiple instances of staff speaking in what I can only describe as an unkind manner towards these very young children. I also observed staff becoming "nicey nicey" as soon as they noticed I was standing there. We withdrew our grandson once we realized this was not the nurturing experience we had expected.
This daycare is a gem. As a non-profit, they pass the earnings on to their employees. Several of the child caregivers have been there for more than 5 years, some for more than 10, and a few have been at the daycare for more than 20 years. Experienced, stable, happy caregivers are priceless. The building might not be fancy but the quality of care is world class and that is what matters. I would strongly recommend Faith to anyone searching for a daycare in Appleton.
Incredibly blessed that our grandson is in such a great environment! We love the staff!
My child is well taken care of and the staff is loving, I am so glad we got into this wonderful day care!
This is a wonderful place to take your kids. The facility may not be much to look at, but the staff is second to none.
