I had my infant child and my 4 year old child attending this facility. Since 9/19/25 until 10/2/25. My daughter had an incident on 9/26/25 and 10/2/25. She was acting out and screaming in the facility. My child experienced a DV case and was a victim. When my child acts like that in a way saying shut up and screaming leave me alone. She has PTSD , trauma , and anxiety. Their is a child that was hitting my child their during the 3 weeks on and off. My child was shoved and kicked as well. She retaliated as defending and doing the same back to the child. I was never told she was being hurt. I had to pull her out of school and they wanted to take her out. But because she was acting out cause she was abused this was hidden from me. She was told to not tell me. When my child's father abused her she acted the same way screaming, saying shut up and throwing toys. That's called trauma and anger from being abused. Now my child has a concussion and today bruising is showing up on her back. This was her first time in school. She was hospitalized Friday at 1 am. I did call the director and advised her the child's name and what my child said. I did pull my child out cause how she was acting. To protect other children from being harmed or seeing things that are not good. But at the same time I have no explanation why my child is saying she was kicked on the head. And told to stay quiet. Both children their only 3 weeks. My child is having nightmares, going potty on herself because of being scared, and doesn't trust little kids near her age gap.
My baby started going here when he was 1 up until almost 3. They can’t keep a school director to save their lives it’s been 3-4 different directors in the past 1 1/2 which says a lot. His first 2 classrooms we absolutely loved & had no issues but now he’s a toddler & the teachers were okay at first but they should definitely be trained more or not work in a classroom where toddlers act like toddlers & need guidance every child grows at different rates, you can’t expect a toddler to be perfect at 2 insinuating my baby needs development interventions of course I took him & he was denied he needs teachers who genuinely care, aren’t there just for a paycheck & dont get overwhelmed because of class ratio
As a new mom sending my 4-month-old to daycare was a terrifying thought but the staff at Explorations put me at ease. The infant room has such loving and caring staff. I am so thankful for their kindness and support they give to my son. They keep me up-to-date on things going on at the daycare. They send me pictures on days when I am really missing him. My son is well taken care of. He loves Explorations and it's a great place to send your child. I definitely recommend.
First time, type-A mom who can’t say enough great things about Explorations. After a very long search for the perfect daycare, we enrolled our daughter at 6 months old and haven’t looked back. We feel really blessed to have found such wonderful teachers/admin staff and a safe, clean, fun, colorful environment for our daughter to spend 3 days a week. The infant room teachers played a big role in helping us to transition our daughter to solids and a sippy cup. We also really appreciate the real time updates, pictures, and daily reports. Highly recommend!
I am very disappointed with this school, this was my nieces first time going she's two and they kicked her out with only two days of going, they weren't patient at all and instead of teaching her the right things they complained to my sister about it and gave up on her after only TWO days. She does regular two year old things and they see it as some sort of psychological issue. Not all kids develop at the same speed, some may be a little delayed but I am truly disappointed with how they treated my niece! I really hope all the kids that goes there are getting a fair and equal treatment and I really hope it's not a diversity issue.
