The teachers care so much about the kids and the pre-K program has prepared my boys perfectly for kindergarten- they are thriving in school because of the learning and love they received from the leaders at EPLC. A Truly Nurturing and Loving Preschool My granddaughter has attended Executive Park Learning Center (EPLC) for the past four years, and it has been an incredible experience from start to finish. As she prepares to begin kindergarten this fall, it's bittersweet knowing she will be leaving such a warm and nurturing environment. The school is owned and managed by Jennifer and Frank Marcano, whose dedication and hands-on leadership truly shine through every aspect of EPLC. The staff is caring, loving, and deeply committed to each child's development. One of the most telling signs of the center’s quality is the longevity of the staff—many have been with the school for years, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere and supportive leadership. Thanks to the well-rounded curriculum and nurturing setting, my granddaughter is more than ready for kindergarten—both academically and socially. She has grown in confidence, curiosity, and capability, and we credit EPLC with helping lay the foundation for her future success. Our children attended Executive Park Learning Center, and we had a wonderful experience. The teachers and staff provide a nurturing atmosphere, while also creating structure for the kids with age-appropriate curriculum. Both of my children were totally prepared for Kindergarten. I'll note that the facility also extremely clean! We learned about EPLC from friends about 10 years ago and are so thankful we did. It is a family-owned preschool / daycare, with the owners being hands on at the school every day. Highly recommend!

EPLC is an amazing place for children and we have been very lucky to be part of the EPLC family for over five years with both of our kids attending since they were infants. The directors/owners are wonderful people who really care about the children and families. The teachers are fantastic - they love the kids, play with them, and teach them as is age appropriate. Screens are kept to a minimum - don't expect the teachers to be texting you pictures during the day, they are with the kids. The communication is excellent between the directors, teachers, and parents. The turnover rate for teachers is extremely low - many of the teachers have been there for close to 10 years or more. This helps makes everyone feel very comfortable and happy. The classrooms are clean, warm, and inviting. We love EPLC and highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

I’d give EPLC a million stars if I could. Finding a preschool that not only educates but also nurtures and understands the emotional and social needs of your child is a rare gem. I know because we were at 3 of the other 5-star, well known, centers before finding EPLC. We spent 6 years at EPLC and so many things stand out as exceptional. The stability of the teaching staff speaks volumes, it was the same teachers for the entire 6 years, this is unheard of for a preschool but makes such a difference. The teachers literally watched my children grow up from infancy, they knew my children, they knew our family and we knew them. Never was I dropping my children off with a new face or complete stranger (as was often the case with the other centers). As a working parent, entrusting your child to another's care is daunting, but with EPLC’s approach, they become your partner and an extension of your family. EPLC has been instrumental in my children's development, ensuring they are not only academically prepared but also emotionally and socially competent. One of my daughters graduated from EPLC during covid and had to complete Kindergarten virtually but fortunately for us, she had already learned everything she needed to know coming out of Kindergarten at ELPC! Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. Frank are the absolute best (even if he is a Mets fan!) and I am eternally grateful to them for creating a center at which my girls were loved, they learned, and they blossomed. For any parent seeking a place where their child will be valued and grow, I cannot recommend EPLC highly enough.
