A terrible school. Teachers at the school pinching kids and grabbing on them. The teacher in question is apparently the owners daughter so nothing is done. Several accounts from different parents about the abuse that goes on here. Do not send your kids here!!
Unfortunately we had to leave midways during the school year however, I was very pleased with the recognition my daughter received at her new school in a new state. Due to the timing of our transition, my daughter had to take state testing at her new school after only being there for 3 days. Her principal and teacher both acknowledge me in written after the results came in. She score extremely higher than her peers in many functions. In mathematics alone she scored in the 83%. She was recognized for scoring 83% higher than other kindergarten students in our state. I am very pleased with the learning she received at Excellent Learning.
Excellent Learning Preschool, is one of the most outstanding preschools that I have came in contact with in the Florence area. The Owner and Staffs are very professional, and the Teachers does excellent work in helping the Children succeed academically. My granddaughter is a student there, and has exceeded well in their 4K Program.
Even after all the good reviews I’ve seen, I am not as satisfied as other parents. My child has been exposed to more inappropriate things during his time in the school and I don’t understand how if the teachers are supposed to watching and guiding their students. The graduation was impressive but only half the students could really recite everything they learned throughout the school year. I understand the parents have a hand but with nearly eight hours a day for five days a week, school is learning and if possible, home is reviewing. This was one of the younger classes so I couldn’t imagine how much more they could be teaching for their age group where the repetitiveness at school couldn’t be enough. There should be no way any student below third grade should be failing at any time.
Excellent Learning Preschool is the best preschool in Florence S.C. The owner, directors and staff are very helpful and professional. When my children left 4K to attend kindergarten they were on a first grade level. Thanks Excellent Learning for helping my children learn and grow.
