This place is a joke and has no regard for the parents of the children they care for. My wife and I for a month now were planning to enroll into there Penrose location. However 24 hours before we were told they were gonna open my wife called to confirm the opening, low and behold they were not ready to open. Now this is a joke as we have made plans to to have my wife fly to LA for work. Now she may not make the trip which results in a loss of money, tickets, work and so much more. Do not go with this unprofessional Company. They are a Joke and can not even communicate well with parents. Makes me wonder how they treat and care for the kids. My advice Kinderhaus learn how to manage your facilities as a whole and learn to communicate with your parents. Their schedules revolve around your services!

I would not recommend this childcare to anyone. Very unprofessional, and let’s just say the reviews are not accurate, when staff leave reviews . I personally would not send my children back!
