I feel obligated to caution other parents. My child attended this center for nearly two years, and what began as a warm, supportive, and trusting experience completely unraveled. There was no consistent director for over a year, and the constant turnover of teachers and staff created chaos and instability for both children and families. Teachers were reassigned without communication, new staff were trained by other new staff, and parents were left in the dark far too often. The environment became chaotic and unreliable. Ms. Megan, the assistant director, was the backbone of that location — when she left, everything truly fell apart. She was the glue holding the center together. She worked tirelessly for the staff, children, and families — opening to close, showing up every day, taking concerns seriously, and actually getting things done. Losing her caused the center to nosedive. When I escalated concerns and questions to corporate and regional leadership, I received silence. That alone spoke volumes. My final straw was hearing my son’s new assistant teacher openly complaining about a toddler and calling him “mean” for developmentally normal behavior like playing in water and climbing. These are children under two. No child should ever be spoken about that way in a place meant to nurture and protect them. This reflects serious gaps in staff training and screening. The very next day was my child’s last. I wanted my child to feel safe, loved, and secure here. Instead, I felt constant anxiety and distrust. My child deserves caregivers who show up with heart — and this center no longer did. I would never recommend this location. Please ask hard questions before enrolling — staffing stability, leadership presence, training, and communication matter more than you realize.

Megan Hixson has been the absolute best assistant director. Not only as an employee but as a parent with this company. I can confidently say that she does everything in her power so that this center runs smoothly. Childcare can’t always be reliable with staffing but since Megan has been in charge, there has been an increase in staff and coverage. Furthermore, amazing and reliable care for children.

Both of our kiddos have been going to this facility since they were 3 months old. There has been quite a bit of uncertainties and turnover over the past two years however, under Megan Hixson I’ve never felt more confident that this place is finally getting back on the right track. She loves the kids fiercely and my daughter looks forward to her hugs and shouting “love you” to her daily. To lose her would be a great disservice to the kids and staff alike. This daycare has loving and caring staff and directors but the lack of upper corporate support leaves a lot to be desired and needs further examination. A place is only as successful as their top leaders.

Picking a daycare is hard and some of the ones we toured did not give us the best impression and left us worried. When we came to excel, we were welcomed and everyone was very nice. The facility was clean and staff seemed to work well with the children. Miss Gail is absolutely amazing and I feel so comfortable leaving my child there with her in the guppies room. There has been a lot of staff changes while we’ve been there and some things could improve, but I feel confident leaving my baby with Miss Gail everyday. The guppies teachers work hard everyday taking care of the babies and good a good job! If there were any problems, we have been able to speak with the staff and see improvements.

Fantastic Daycare with Caring Staff! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Excel three! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that our child would be in excellent hands. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about each child's well-being and development. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that keep the kids entertained and learning throughout the day. Our little one in Guppies Mrs Gail & Raven always comes home happy! A well cared for! We appreciate the open communication and regular updates, which make us feel connected to our child's day even when we can't be there. It's evident that the team at Excel three goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Our other two children absolutely love it here! They come home happy and full of stories about the fun things they did and the new friends they made. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a loving and professional place for their child. Thank you, Excel three, for providing such exceptional care!
