Enrolled son in Day care he went 3 days got sick. He missed Thursday and Friday that week from catching cold from there. I paid for that week in full and some for the next week. Took him back today on Tuesday his spot is gone because he didn’t come in 4 days which I’ve already paid for it and some for this week. Owner hung the phone up on me twice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this day care to anyone.
I called today to see about how long the waiting lists are, and how I would go about viewing the school. She proceeded to tell me that there is no way I could view the school. Ridiculous! I would never put my child in a facility without looking at it first. Also, she said I would have to come during nap time.. of course, so I couldn’t see anything that’s going on during the actual day. If I could give a NEGATIVE review I would.
I have been to a few daycares in daleville and had a terrible experience. My son has been going here at emc for two years and we love it. Super loving family
Owner is very unprofessional. The facility is very disorganized. Would never reccomend.
