Editing to add: I am very new to the area and this isn’t personal at all. Just genuinely want to let other parents know who are protective with their babies like I am. This was traumatic for both me and my baby. We are both terrified of sending her off to any childcare now :( Writing this as a parent is deeply upsetting, but I feel it's important to share our experience. I enrolled my daughter at this daycare expecting a safe, nurturing environment where she would be supported and cared for. Instead, I witnessed something heartbreaking on their 24/7 camera system: she was placed in the back of the classroom and left to cry alone, with no adult comforting her or even acknowledging her distress. Watching her be ignored like that was painful and unacceptable. Equally concerning is the overall lack of engagement from the staff. Time after time, I’ve seen teachers on their phones instead of interacting with the children. There’s a noticeable absence of warmth, enthusiasm, or meaningful connection — which should be the foundation of early childhood education. This isn't about expecting perfection — it's about expecting basic compassion and attentiveness. I hope this review encourages leadership to make real changes, because every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and safe.

It appears as if there haven't been any positive reviews in a while - and I understand why: there's nothing good to say. I also understand why they have 24/7 cameras in their facilities - it's so you can see, in real-time, exactly how hateful, spiteful, and cruel some of these teachers are. Today was my niece's second day at this facility, after moving across the country for her dad's new military assignment. And today - for the second time - she was moved during her rest time to be sob alone in the back of the classroom. Again, luckily this is broadcast on their 24/7 cameras so it's impossible to dispute. According to her "teacher," she "wouldn't stop talking" to her neighbor, but her neighbor wasn't moved or disciplined at all. It's incredible that a "christian" facility, that claims to "offer a safe place for children to grow and learn" would leave a three-year-old, who has been in this room twice, by herself in the back of the classroom to sob alone. This is a dereliction of care, a contradiction of christian values, and I caution anyone who considers enrolling their children here.

We swapped from another daycare in town. When I tell you the difference in the two is unbelievable. My son absolutely loves this daycare. He is always in a great mood when I pick him up, the staff is all very sweet and kind, there is 24/7 camera access if you’d like to check in and see what they are doing! Couldn’t recommend them more than enough!!

Our oldest started here at 5mos and stayed until she started pre-k. I really loved the idea of being able to check the cameras throughout the day, but rarely did because I knew our daughter was so well taken care of. Niki and her staff truly gave my daughter a home away from home. Words cannot describe how appreciative we are for the love and care they’ve shown our girl. Our youngest just started attending in the baby room and already loves it. ECLC is a truly outstanding daycare, highly recommend!

Everything about this place is amazing. It puts my mama heart at ease knowing my baby is being taken care of so well. Everyone there is great. My almost 2 year old runs into their arms, and we have only been here about 3 weeks. Truly a blessing from God to have them care for my child. I love the camera app!! When I really miss her throughout the day, I log on to see her. I constantly just see her wonderful teacher just loving on her and taking great care of her and her classmates. She loves everyone there. Thank you all for everything you do!
