Emmanuel Preschool

Both of our children attended Emmanuel Lutheran Preschool and we plan to send our third. I feel like this Preschool is a good way to introduce them to school and to help prepare them for kindergarten - both academically and socially. The teachers genuinely care about each child and find time to get to know them all very well. As parents, we were kept well-informed and could contact the teachers or staff at any time. The teachers were available for two parent-teacher conferences each term and wrote a lengthy evaluation that was very professionally done each time.

My son has loved his experience at this preschool. He has learned a lot (like how to write his name, letters, etc), but he's also had so much fun and made new friends. We also love the field trips and hands-on learning activities they provide. All of the teachers are wonderful!! My son has truly developed a love for school and learning in his time at Emmanuel Preschool.

I have sent both of my kids through the preschool at Emmanuel Lutheran. The teachers are so caring and truly love all of the kids. They helped my youngest through a very difficult year of separation anxiety and have prepared both my kids for kindergarten. They have fun field trips and activities throughout the year that have been so fun for our family. I've so enjoyed being a part of the community there and would highly recommend it to everyone!

I've had two kids go through this school now. We have had amazing experiences and made life long connections with other parents and teachers. They understood my kids well and sought to prepare them socially and educationally for "big kid school." 😃 My son has a summer birthday so I had him do two years of the 4 year old class. He's now in first grade and excelling in reading and math. I will never regret having him wait! I could visibly see him growing in reading and writing while he was at Emmanuel! As a parent, it was very easy to get involved and there were lots of opportunities to participate in classroom activities and field trips! Can't recommend them more!

Both of my daughter's have gone to Emmanuel Lutheran preschool over the last 4yrs. This is a wonderful and caring environment for 3 and 4 yr old's to learn and socialize with other kids their age. Each of the teachers (in the 3yr old class and the 4yr old class) and classroom aides take the time to learn about each child and keep the children engaged. The teachers evaluate each child thoughout the year and keep parents informed on the areas that the child excels in, needs improvement, or behaviors need to be addressed. Both of my girls have come out of preschool at Emmanuel preschool ready for kindergarten and eager to start reading. I highly recommend this preschool and continue to recommend this preschool to all or friends and my husband's grad students.
