As a former teammate of Shay, I’m proud to see the brother thriving in something he’s found joy in beyond the game. Him and Dooley bring a great sense of energy and inspiration to a room filled with people who look like us. I started doing virtual workouts during COVID, and have always wanted to go in person. I’m glad I could make it and honored to bring my brothers along with me. Keep up the great work, gentlemen!

Hi Kim from Columbus Oh, I love Effect Fitness on demand. This app ( gym) has changed my body, and my life.I love the kettlebell classes, Dolley and Cali’s Bootcamps and G.L.T. It ALWAYS a great sweat. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This place is amazing, my daughter lives up in that area,I was visiting from miami fl,& she took me & my wife there,if u want to get in shape do them classes,we had a blast!!!!

Loveeee it! Can seem a slight bit tough at first, but what GREAT workout isn't? Keep attending, get stronger, and build your stamina.... you've got this! Loved it since the first class I've taken years ago.... Love to see everyone GO! Stay consistent! You'll definitely notice change after just the FIRST class! Music 🔥, people 🔥, instructors 🔥, WORKOUTS 🔥!!!! JUST COME AND ATTEND! Several classes throughout the day! Saturday along with the rest of the classes are always 🔥!
