Education Center-Concord Hills

Had a horrible expirancan! Teachers are nice but the administration and director are unorganized, unqualified, and unprofessional. My daughter fell, broke her arm at the center. Her teacher could not explain how she fell. One of the directors wanted to keep in touch, she said she cared for my daughter's health. Once the exrays got back from the doctor I found out she had 2 fractured bones. I called the center to let them know and to my surprise the director got very defensive saying I was confused, that my daughter provably broke her arm at home and I never noticed. I can not believe how ridiculous, unprofessional, inconsiderate this person was. I do not recommend this center at all!

If you are a teen parent I DO NOT recommend this center .. they treat you like a felon. My son had a appointment I let the center know about a month in advance, I reminded them the day before and the day of. As soon as I returned with my son and the excuse one of the ladies in the front yelled from across the hall that he could not stay. I did not respond until I was right in front of her, I told her that I had told the center in advance and had also advised the teachers. I showed her the excuse, she ripped it out of my hand and walked away without saying a single word. I followed her to the office where they informed her that I did infact inform them that my son had an appointment and would be late. She did not apologize just walked handed me the excuse and walked away. After this incident the teachers have been so difficult with me. They do not tell me when the kids will be having a event and required to bring items until the morning of that day and to late to do anything, they call an ant bite a rash and do not allow him to stay, if I’m 3-5 min late they fight me on letting him stay. I’ve walked up to the classrooms to drop him off and seen the teachers whisper to each other then come up to me and say the most obscured thug as to why he cannot stay ... It is infuriating that grown women can act this way toward someone, I’ve spoken to people in charge but only one person has changed. The teachers who were amazing and all the kids loved have left, my son says “goodbye teacher Beth” every time we pass by the center even though she no longer works there I know I am not the only one as another parent has complained about them to me. She is saddened that all the teachers her son loved have left Goodluck finding anything else as everything has a waiting list.. Thank god my boys will be starting pre-k and will no longer have to be there

Great center I took my 2 year old and love this place awesome teachers...
